vivenu, a Düsseldorf, Germany-based SAAS developer powering a ticketing analytics platform, announced a funding series A round of €12.6 million ($15.1M).

The money was raised from investors led by UK-based Balderton Capital and including existing investor Redalpine as well as a angels Sascha Konietzke, Chris Schagen, Sujay Tyle and Tiny VC.

vivenu, founded in 2018 by CEO and Simon Weber and Simon Hennes, developed a fully-featured ticketing platform used to manage, market and analyze ticket sales as it aims to make sophisticated live event and venue ticketing effortless by providing full control to ticket sellers. The company already works with a large variety of ticket sellers such as leading sports clubs, venues, amusement parks, fairs and festivals. vivenu’s remarkable growth illustrates that its approach has struck a chord validating the importance of putting venue and event owners in charge of their own ticketing experience.

vivenu previously raised €1.4M in April 2020 from Speedinvest, G32 Capital and Hansel LLC.
