TheSimpleClub secured €2 million in capital funding from Holtzbrinck Ventures

Simpleclub, a Karlsruhe, Germany-based business operation learning services, announced that it secured a €2 million ($2.4M) capital investment funding round.

The money was raised from the German investor Holtzbrinck Ventures.

Simpleclub, founded in 2015 by Alexander Giesecke and Nicolai Schork, built and operates a learning platform for schoolchildren available in Germany. The platform, which is also available via a mobile app, has  400,000 users, out of which 20,000 pay for premium services.
