Oculid to get funded by IBB Ventures
Oculid, a Berlin, Germany-based startup building eye-tracking SAAS, completed a seed capital funding raise.
The deal was backed by German investors including IBB Ventures.
The new funds will be used to strengthen Oculid's presence in the European market and expand the platform's capabilities, including the launch of an iOS test app. This also includes expanding the team of software engineers and marketers.
Oculid, founded in 2018 as a TU Berlin spin-off by Antje Venjakob (CEO), Klaas Filler and Stefan Ruff, does software used for enhancing digital user experience via a platform for remote user testing and marketing research. Their uses eye-tracking on smartphones providing access to insights into attentional processes of users and improve product significantly in an easy and cost efficient way.
