Kibus Petcare raised €350k from Easo Ventures and business angels from Spain.

Kibus Petcare, a Barcelona, Spain-based food company, announced that it secured funding of €350k ($415k).

The money was raised from local investors including Easo Ventures as well as a range of business angels from She1k (Singapore), from EconomistesBAN, the network of business angels of the Col.legi d'Economistes de Catalunya and Accelgrow and the Engineering Investors Club.

Proceeds will be used to expand the equipment, marketing activities and mass production of the device .

Kibus Petcare, founded in 2016 and led by CEO Albert Icart, developed a home appliance used for cooking healthy pet food at home and which works with multidose dehydrated pet food capsules. The company makes money from selling both the machine and the food.
