Flowrite, a Helsinki, FInland-based software startup, announced that it completed a funding round of €550k ($660k).

The money was raised from institutional investors Lifeline Ventures and Seedcamp and included contributions from Nordic angel investors David Helgason, Moaffak Ahmed and Ville Vesterinen.

Flowrite, founded in 2020 by CEO Aaro Isosaari and Karolus Sariola, developed a software solution as a browser extension built on top of OpenAI’s language model GPT-3.

The tool, which is yet to be launched, is used to help with writing in a more productive way, targeting professionals wishing to convert a few words into ready-to-send texts (be they emails, messages or posts).
