Contractbook, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based company operating a contract management platform, announced securing a €3.5 million ($3.9M) capital investment round.

The investment round was led by US-based VC owned by Google, Gradient Ventures, and included angel and institutional investors.

Contractbook, founded in 2015 by Christian Bowall, Jarek Owczarek, Niels Martin Brochner (CEO) and Viktor Heide, built a platform for end-to-end contract management, providing an all-in-one work agreement solution with a simple workflow, easy templates and digital storage. The product is designed to manage the full contract lifecycle of a SME, allowing them to create, sign, and store legal documents digitally and in one system.

Prior to this round, Contractbook raised angel investment in 2017.
