Trilo was launched in spring 2015 as a result of a successful pilot project, where three entrepreneurs from Innovatum's incubator created an education game together with a special educator. The app is called " Fun with Duffton " and teaches children in early school age to read and spell words.

The company received a growth loan from ALMI and VGR Consultant Checks with the aim of Trilo to launch two new products for both the Swedish and US markets. A US company in Orlando is responsible for the US launch.
